The Mirante da Janela frames the Salto de 80 metros and the Salto de 120 metros between rocks that form a triangular opening. The image has become a symbol of the Chapada, but the path requires preparation: there are changes in elevation, rocky stretches and sun exposure. Structures such as handrails and walkways make specific passages easier without removing the difficulty.
An upper viewpoint offers another perspective on the valley and on the area associated with the last artisanal mining sites. In high season, there may be a line at the most photographed spot. Do not step past edges or improvise positions to get other people out of the frame. Sunrise or sunset outings must respect the authorization and access hours.
Along the way, the Cachoeira do Abismo is a set of small seasonal falls, present mainly during the rains.
